| Job Description | Full time physical therapist needed for a Long Term Care facility located in Park Avenue Extended Care, NY. Must be NY State Licensed, and have a minimum of 2 years work experience in geriatric rehabilitation, or experience with joint rehabilitation. Some experience with yoga is helpful.
